- Khau Galli was built for the second type. For people who judge chai seriously.
- Who believe pav bhaji should have unreasonable amounts of butter.
- Who order “light snacks” and somehow end up with a full table.
- Who think conversations hit differently over cutting chai.
So instead of building a polished dining experience, we built the kind of place we’d actually want to spend time in.
A place filled with overloaded chaats, butter-heavy comfort food, Bollywood nostalgia,
late evening chai scenes, and the kind of atmosphere where nobody is in a hurry to leave.
Every outlet was designed to feel energetic, familiar, slightly chaotic, and unapologetically social, because the best food memories are rarely quiet or formal.
